Sen. Jon Ford has developed a bill for online casino and online poker in Indiana. He hopes the bill will be passed in 2021.
The bill would allow Indiana's 14 casinos and racinos to offer internet casino games and online poker. The plannedRocksino in Terre Haute would also be allowed to offer online gaming.

- The license is renewable annually for $50,000.
- Each casino can partner with up to three online brands, or skins.

- Internet gaming revenue taxed at 18%, including 3% for local governments.
- 3.33% of state tax revenue collected goes to an Addiction Services Fund.
